A WNBA executive has even urged Reese to request a trade from the Chicago Sky this offseason.

“She needs to get the hell out of there,” the WNBA exec told DallasHoopsJournal.

“Chicago is probably the worst-run organization in the league. You’re gonna suspend your best player just because she’s putting pressure on you to get better? That was embarrassing to see.

“I think Chicago will try to trade her this offseason, but if they don’t, she should request a trade.”

Just like her rookie campaign, the Sky will miss the playoffs again this year. They are one of the worst teams in the WNBA.

Now, Angel Reese, who was suspended for a single half by the team over what she said about her teammates, is showing that she is done with the franchise.

While playing for the LSU Tigers, Angel Reese was referred to as the Bayou Barbie.

Once she was drafted, she changed her nickname to “Chi-Town Barbie.”

The nickname became popular after she was drafted by the Chicago Sky and was highlighted on official social media accounts, including on Instagram.

Those days are long gone.

Reese, who has been accused of faking injuries to not play for the team, has shockingly decided to remove “Chi-Town Barbie” from her Instagram bio in yet another instance that points to her wanting out of town.

Reese, who has recently made headlines for the wrong reasons, missed 10 games earlier this season due to a back injury. She was supposed to play one half on Sunday, “because of statements detrimental to the team,” but she ended up sitting out of the entire game due to her back.

The 10-32 Sky will play the Las Vegas Aces before concluding their season at home on Thursday against the reigning champion New York Liberty.

These last few games could be the final ones that Angel Reese plays for the franchise.
